    Lighthouse Point Carousel
    Located at Lighthouse Point Park, the Lighthouse Point Carousel is still in use today. Built in 1916 and restored in the late 1980s, it is an example of American folk art, with 72 figures mounted on 20 ranks on a 60-foot platform. The carousel and building are available for private rental.

    Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library

    This library is one of the largest rare book libraries in the world. It contains over a half million volumes and perhaps its most prized work is an original Gutenburg Bible. There is also an exhibition of Audubon "Birds of America."

    Olde Mistick Village

    Visit Olde Mistick Village and step into New England. This area features 60 stores, a gazebo that offers summer concerts, annual events, restaurants and more. The Village is open from 10am until 8pm and 11am to 6pm during the summer and holiday season. During the rest of the year, the Village is open Monday through Saturday from 10am until 6pm and Sunday from 11am until 6pm.
